"The Telescope of Zoroaster" is a PDF ebook in English that contains, following a brief preface of my own, one of the first English translations of the fascinating 1796 French text Telescope de Zoroastre, ou Clef de la Grande Divinatoire Cabala des Mages that presents both a manual to a deceptively-simple system of divination that brings along with it a grand vision of theurgy, according to how it was originally published before any other translation or abridgement occurred (or, at least, the earliest extant such text). The original French text was later translated into German in 1797 and then again in an abridged form as part of Johann Scheible's 1846 Das Kloster (vol. 3, part II, chapter VII), with Scheible's work then translated into English in 2013 as released by Ouroboros Press, which is the version most people know of today, although this translation goes right to the original and includes an original "Epistolary Essay" and "Epilogue from the Editors" not present in later versions. This book instructs the reader as to a unique form of divination that can be described as sortilege performed with hexagonal tiles making use of a mix of planetary, zodiacal, and (especially) numerological symbolism, but upon a closer read, also teaches about a vast spiritual cosmos and approach to spiritual ascent through a familiarity with the very intelligences of the cosmos itself.
