If you're: - looking for a personalised plan that you can do daily in 20-60 minutes - experienced in yoga/stretching and want a personalised plan that develops your technique - in need of a personalised plan with strategy and cues to help you reach your goals This plan includes ~10 moves that can be done 2-5x per week for 2-4 weeks, depending on frequency. If you decide to purchase a custom plan, we'll hop on a call to figure out what you want to achieve through this. I'll devise a plan that will move you towards your goals and will be available to give you feedback on your form. We'll be communicating regularly to make sure you're doing the right moves, the moves feel good, and they're working well for your goals. This plan will include: 1. A video with demonstrations of exercises — you will be able to save this video to refer back 2. A spreadsheet image for ease of reference *For new students, I highly recommend purchasing a 1-on-1 personal yoga class (in person or online) first in order for me to accurately access your body's needs.
