Hi, my name is Slavomir Lysak and I am the creator of Slovene.Online blog about Slavic mythology and folklore as well as the publisher of the "BOAR" graphic novel. Slovene.Online’s series of graphic novels brings to life the vibrant legends of the Slavic people. Each story defers to authentic mythology, ethnography, history, and geography and is accompanied by unique soundtracks to heighten reader experience. I take pride in my Slavic roots. Customs, folklore and mythology of the Slavic people have always fascinated me. Back in 2019, the idea for this comic series was born out of affection for storytelling and interest in my historical heritage.
