TERMS OF SERVICE 1) I have the right to refuse work if it is too complex or it does not fit my style. 2) Artist reserves the right to use art for self-promotion unless client chooses the option to be a 'private commission'. 3) Permission granted for client to post finished work on websites WITH sourcing included. 4) All sketches/W.I.P's remain property of the artist. 5) Any drama or scandal arising from artwork will not affect the artist, but is the client's responsibility. 6) You are allowed up to 3 REVISIONS of the work. After that it will be a $10 charge for every revision. 7) If you wish to cancel your commission after 2 WEEKS of no activity/updates, then you are entitled to a full refund. If you have received the sketch of said work, you are only refunded half. 8) You may NOT take said work and hand it over to another for touch ups/recolouring/to colour line-art. In doing so, I can/may refuse the right to work with you in the future. 9) If payment is not received within 2 WEEKS after the invoice has sent, the commission will be cancelled. 10) No more than 3 links for references + maximum of 140 words for descriptions of any kind. Image reference are a must, no paragraphs or description. WILL NOT DRAW 1) NSFW (pin ups are okay) 2) Robots/Humans 3) Tracing or mimicking someone else's style 4) Racist/Transphobic/Discriminating art.
