Rosa Colón Guerra has been self-publishing comics for over sixteen years in San Juan, Puerto Rico as Soda Pop Comics. She’s been published in The Nib, The Believer, The Lily and in various anthologies. Rosa collaborated in the Eisner winner Puerto Rico Strong Anthology from Lion Forge as well as the Ignatz Winner Be Gay, Do Comics! From The Nib. She works as a freelance illustrator and is represented by Marietta B. Zacker at Gallt & Zacker. Rosa is co-founder of Tintero: Festival de Cómics y Arte Independiente, with Carla Rodríguez. Tintero was celebrated from 2014 to 2017 and once again in 2019.
