Creating tutorial video for linocut & print for the Veterans of the Veterans Outreach Support, Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK. I am working towards creating a linocut tutorials on vimeo, for the Veterans on VOS. My aim is to create the videos on vimeo, enabling the Veterans to play the tutorials for free, as required. These are aimed to enable individuals carve a lino block and print onto paper at home, without specialised press. This empowers each person to create and feel a sense of achievement.
SouthSeaEyes is Nusye's personal project. Nusye is a UK-based self-taught relief printmaker, creating art throughout the pandemic lockdown era and beyond, using linoprint art to navigate challenges through the pandemic and the impact on physical & mental health; giving back to the community to support through lino printing skills-share workshops. Nusye accepts commissions to create original prints for personal use.
