Quality Desktop Computer for Home

This is the fund to help me purchase a quality desktop PC for my home that is capable of remote work (i.e. hosting zoom meetings), light creative work (i.e. digital drawing), and ideally - gaming as well. Goal is set around $1K to cover the cumulative cost of parts.
