It doesn't have to be all Nerds vs Jocks. In fact, I believe being a nerd makes fitness and exercise more exciting and inspiring. Whether it's getting way too into the science behind the body works or the endorphin rush making you feel like an unstoppable superhero, geeking out is about embracing the things that bring you joy.
