My name's Rosie Cappuccino and I'm a blogger and author Talking About BPD: A Stigma-Free Guide to a Calmer and Happier Life with Borderline Personality Disorder. As you may know all too well, BPD is one of the most stigmatised mental health conditions. Too often people with this diagnosis are silenced, stereotyped, discriminated against and excluded. As a result, people with BPD end up feeling ashamed, isolated, unsupported and unlovable. It's not okay and this has to change. I share my life with BPD, and everything I've learnt over the years through my blog, book, YouTube channel, writing for magazines and more. My intention is to make people with this diagnosis feel seen, valued and less alone, as well as to give a little hope about the future.
