With The Studio closed for business, we have been live streaming and uploading free fitness videos for you to do on your own at home. Everything from Cardio40, Step Aerobics, Dance Fitness, Circuits, HIIT and Toning. They are hopefully giving you something to do while The Studio is closed. We are hoping that if you are not a member of The Studio , but want to help out , this is an easy way to do it.
