I have been a professional yacht Captain for over 25 years. I had over 90,000 nautical miles of MCA verified command experience before I even entered the industry. I now have over 265,000 Nm logged in the capacity of Master. I have held a MCA Master 3,000 CoC for 20 years. I started sailing yachts at the age of 18 and by the time I was 20 I had bought my first yacht from the proceeds of the business I was running in the early 80s. I give advice and mentoring on all crew and career related issues. For many years this has all been Pro Bono and I continue to do lots of Pro Bono work which is why it would be nice if you bought me a coffee.
