Too Many Dinner Parties part 2: After the first act in Prague at POP-UP Galerie AVU, the group of artists will have a new exhibition in Nuremberg in October! We are raising funds to make this exhibition as spectacular as possible! ------ Our objective is to establish a barrier-free encounter space (without the use of artistic means), in which we open the exhibition space to active involvement, open mutual interchange, and social unity, and incorporate the individual contributions of the artists. We hope to make this a reality by creating a walk-in playground that combines leisure, retreat, and exhibition space. As a transitory collective, we have made it our mission to fight for global exchange and collaboration when there is political unrest. A collaborative concept based on the theme "Too Many Dinner Parties" has been developed by 16 artists from 10 different countries. "Too Many Dinner Parties" We'll work with a variety of media, including conceptual drawing, painting, sculpture, performance, and installation. 16 various artistic roles are to be arranged in a healthy interaction with an open space idea. For a debut exhibition in the Pop Up Gallery AVU, all participating artists have created new works. We now want to tackle the task of creating a group scenography. It will now be put to the test in another exhibition at the Edel Extra Gallery in Nuremberg, with help from Karina Küfner. A key idea here is integration, which is realised through accessibility, communication points, and meaningful integration of artworks.
