Deliveries can span from a couple of hours to a week or two, based on the scope of the task. Based on how complex the topic is, I may require certain parts to be submitted as a second commission (to block other commissions and compensate for the extra work). Commissioned work is free to be used in any project, however it may not be resold as is. In order to provide best possible results, I would like to have regular exchanges via email or discord, to coordinate and develop the best possible solutions. If a considerable amount of work has been done, unfortunately I may not offer refunds, but if a commission is cancelled on time, I may refund in full. If you are unhappy with the result, we may talk about what to do.
