Hi, I'm Mike Evans from Sheffield UK, I run Unsignedradio.co.uk an online radio station dedicated to play music from unsigned and independent artists who produce their recordings without the support of major record labels. The quality of the creativity is every bit as good (and often better) than anything that's in the charts but mainstream media ignore them however Unsignedradio.co.uk doesn't. On the station we try to play at least one track submitted by each unsigned and independent act who contacts us regardless of genre. Whether it's modern classical, rock, country or hip-hop we will play it without prejudice. If someone has taken the time and effort and their own money to create and record a track we feel it should be have a platform to be heard and appreciated.
