I followed the advice of another reviewer and got Wolverine Boots one size up, and it fit well! I also required a 4E width, which was also ideal! I adore them since the toe box isn't too tight. I've had them for about a week and they're still going strong! I also attempted to get a second pair, but they were unavailable.
