PLEASE READ BEFORE DONATING March 2021: In a week bookended by International Women's Day and Mother's Day, the UK was forced to pay attention to the harrassment and violence that all women face on a daily basis. On the 10th March, we saw the statistic that 97% of women aged 18-24 have been sexually harrassed. On Saturday 13th March in Clapham, what was intended to be a vigil to remember Sarah Everard, became an appalling example of male violence in reaction to women speaking out. The above quote had been circulating social media and that image of women and flowers really stayed with us.
