Being an Industry Chef for over 20 years and working in some of the most cutting-edge kitchens, I have been offered a new and exciting opportunity to host a cooking show, showing everyday home chefs the secret to industry and how to create magic in their own kitchen. As most kitchens are run and operated by people of color we have a very small representation on Screen, and with your help, we can add some spice to the scene.
