Lorna Miller is an autistic, satirical comic artist, editorial cartoonist, activist, campaign artist and Reiki practitioner. She has been entertaining and causing trouble with her art since primary school and professionally since graduating from Glasgow School of Art in 1994. In 1999 she was the first Scottish woman to have a book of comic art published called Witch. In 2014 she became the first woman to have a slot created for her in Private Eye: illustrating Rotten Boroughs. From 2020 - 2021 she was the only woman in the UK to have a weekly cartoon with Scottish media platform Bella Caledonia. Published in The National, The Guardian, The Observer, The Independent, The Morning Star, Private Eye, Vice, Idn etc. Lorna’s art is in the permanent collection of The Royal Shakespeare Company, The People's History Museum Manchester, The SNP, University College London and Jeremy Corbyn.
