Since 2013 I have been deeply involved with repatriating and expatriating Liberian and Ivorian refugees of their various civil wars. All monies donated toward my open source work will further that effort. I will begin a construction project for repatriated Liberians. Two plots of land for farming and a building with a kitchen and rooms for sleeping. There are nearly 100 people I am attempting to stabilize, and this is the next step. Startup cost on the building project is $700.
Prolific publisher of RubyGems since 2008. I take on maintenance of many community gems deserving of care and feeding (e.g. oauth2, omniauth-identity, flag_shih_tzu) and author many myself. Focus: 1. Moving toward a v2 release of the venerable `oauth2` gem that supports authentication in a plurality of Ruby apps 2. Patching to update dependencies, and bring each rubygem into compliance with `rubocop-packaging` so they can be included in the [Debian linux distribution](https://github.com/pboling/rspec-stubbed_env/pull/5#issuecomment-650401484) 3. Migrating to Github Actions for CI, fixing builds, and updating the spec suites to drop EOL'd Rubies, and include latest Rubies 4. Improve documentation, and investigate some of the thornier issues that have been raised in issue trackers.
