I was born in Cambridge and raised in Boston, served in the Marine Corps, and am a graduate of MassArt. I've published three novels, so far, BLOOD FOR THE SUN, ALL THE DEAD MEN, and LIGHTNING WEARS A RED CAPE, and several short stories in anthologies and magazines. I'm currently working on three new novels and several short stories and it terrifies me. Whenever possible, I work on art or comics and I'm doing graphic design work all the time.
