We're bringing our kitty home! My husband has been separated from his cat for a long enough time and we want to have a chance to bring her to us. It's a long trip from the USA to Latvia and we have lots of fees to pay (airline fees, health certificate + USDA accreditation, customs fees etc.), so any help to reimburse some of the costs would be incredible.
