In collaboration with my parents. Theres a small exterior space (an unused balcony basically) that can be closed and attached to the house as a new room. by opening one wall, closing another and installing a large window. The idea is to turn it to a small shared art studio that i can use to kickstart my little art business, and my mom can get a space to paint as her hobby (she got no space for painting and storing art supplies)
