Once I receive the commission I will contact you via email or social media within 2 working days and commissions usually take between 14 and 21 days to complete. This time frame may vary depending on the extent of the project but I will discuss this with you. I don't mind making one or two simple revisions but any more than that and I will ask for up to half of the sale price again to complete the commission. Feel free to use the commission however you like but I would still like to be credited with the work, especially if you use it for commercial purposes. I can only refund you if I have not started any work on the commission so please don't ask for a refund halfway through a commission, that isn't fair on the artist! If for any reason I can't do the commission (content, time, other commitments), I'll refund you within 5 days and let you know via email or social media.
