I have never been to a horror writing conference before and I'd very much like to go. Unfortunately, we had a pretty big storm recently that knocked our power for a week and landed trees on our roof and car. So, most of our disposable income got blown away by that. I'd like to get as close as I can to covering the plane ride out there and the hotel room.
