MelJean is a fine artist with works ranging from delicate portraits drawn with graphite to watercolor landscapes, but the majority of her artwork lies within the colorful abstract realm. She feels most creative with acrylic paints on her brush (or hands) and a blank canvas. Emotions are her inspiration and tend to show themselves through each brush stroke, paint drop, and bold shape. MelJean’s other interests include graphic design, photography, and multimedia artwork and she’s always looking forward to the next project to try.
