Hiya folks, my name's Avi, and my online handle across a mess of sites is Lobst! I'm a trans artist by nature and by trade, and while I spent a few years away from artwork figuring a few things out about myself, I've returned to it with a vengeance and am here to express myself visually for the enjoyment of myself and others. I'm obsessed with yinglets (an open fantasy species, created by Val Salia), so if you dislike them you might not want to follow the feed for this. My current focus is split between three things: - Visual development of the Venmare enclave, a virtual space where yinglets hang out - 3D model avatar bases for social VR, specifically VRChat - Scripted comics and visual storytelling, I have a ton of scripts I wanna draw panels for, stuff's in the way I don't have much in mind for patron-specific bonuses, but if you like I'll send you a link to my personal Discord server to hang out and discuss cartoons. Maybe I'll do an unannounced Picarto stream or something? Longtime patrons already know this, but as my moment-to-moment interests are difficult to predict, I'd feel uncomfortable making any subscription or tip jar create an expectation for some sort of return-on-investment. All I can say is I have developed a firm belief that art is my purpose and what I feel most fulfilled doing, and I do not expect to forget that anytime soon.
