hey all! we started this page because running BACKLIGHT causes us to lose a good chunk of change every month. paid interviews are lame as fuck and even if they weren't we don't want to spend 50+ hours a week making something so soulless. we've been keeping at this for more than two years because we love it, but soundcloud pro unlimited and google drive aren't gonna pay for themselves. by donating here you make it easier for us to pump out more high quality journalism, as well as pursue exciting stuff that we've been wanting to for a while but don't currently have the resources to. every dollar means the world to us, we truly couldn't do it without you guys :))
