THANK YOU, we've achieved goals 1 & 2 which allowed us to buy the licence for the software to deliver the online courses and the shopping cart for the website. Now we need a booking system to enable us to manage bookings. I've applied for grants but have been told we're the wrong kind of business, dealing with the wrong kind of customers. I am an author, blogger, writer, business skills trainer and radio presenter. I write about history, hiking, nature and wildlife in and around Cumbria and I prefer to focus on the happy and the positive whenever I can! When the lock down hit my 'proper job' income from face to face training vanished overnight - and we slip through all the cracks in government support (apart from a loan, but we really don't want to add more financial pressure to the future business).
