THANK YOU, we've achieved goals 1 & 2 which allowed us to buy the licence for the software to deliver the online courses and the shopping cart for the website. Now we need a booking system to enable us to manage bookings. I've applied for grants but have been told we're the wrong kind of business, dealing with the wrong kind of customers. The battle continues & we are deeply grateful for every ounce of support. Every single penny is deeply appreciated & is put to very good use. Thank you.
I am an author, blogger, writer, business skills trainer and radio presenter. I write about history, hiking, nature and wildlife in and around Cumbria and I prefer to focus on the happy and the positive whenever I can! When the lock down hit my 'proper job' income from face to face training vanished overnight - and we slip through all the cracks in government support (apart from a loan, but we really don't want to add more financial pressure to the future business). I don't want handouts or an easy way out - I have reinvented our business (click the link for FAB interactive online courses!) and want to knuckle down and work my way out, but I need a bit of time and support to do that.
