I am planning on going to a couple of Regency events this spring, and I don't have access anymore to the resources I need to make hats from scratch (also I kind of hate it). I would like to buy one but they are expensive! My goal is to raise half the amount I need, and I will pay the other half myself.
Hi everyone! I am a lace history and historical costume nerd and perpetual student (in textile academia! It's kind of amazing). In my spare time I spin yarn, knit, wash and comb my own fleece, and research and make costumes from the 14th, 16th, 19th and 20th centuries, with a particular interest in the clothing and textiles of the Iberian peninsula.

So I am 100% new at this Ko-fi thing and not entirely sure what I am going to do-- or what it will let me do?
