Breastfeeding aversion is phenomenon that many women experience, which includes feeling angry and agitation when breastfeeding, skin-crawling sensations and particularly intrusive thoughts as well as the overwhelming urge to de-latch. Lots of women do not know why they experience it and what to do. It can be extremely distressing and an emotional burden creating shame and guilt for mothers, as well as disrupting the balance of the family home.
I have a free resource site and free structured support course, for mothers that are struggling with breastfeeding. I also have a Facebook support group and support mothers in private messages on a daily (and often nightly basis).
I do not charge for anything I do, and this is all a one-woman show.
Thank you for sending me a coffee and supporting me to continue this work.
