So far, decentre’s content is mostly created by me and me only. Any time creators have provided original work for the website I’ve paid them out of pocket, which I can’t do on a regular basis. It would be immensely valuable to have funding available for anyone who would like to contribute their time and creativity to this project. A queer network cannot exist without a plurality of voices and experiences, and artists should never go unpaid. Thank you for your support. -Luke
We are a digital creative commons for queer artists in Atlantic Canada. We offer a listening ear for artists on the margins, and provide sustained connections to experts who help develop their work. When all creative voices are heard, the stereotype of Atlantic Canada as "boring" gets thrown out to sea. We're currently developing online course programs that will help artists grow their work in profitable ways. Thank you for supporting that progress.
