Hello there, My name is James Seibel and I am the original creator of the Distant Horizons mod. I started this mod in April 2020 as a proof of concept and a minor resume booster. Since then multiple people from around the world have joined the team and are responsible for bring you the mod we now have today. This page was created so you can help support us in our goal of creating a LOD mod for Minecraft. While we don't currently have any costs directly associated with the mod, we all have bills, and by sending a donation it helps us spend more of our time working on Distant Horizons. All donations received will be split evenly between each developer, except myself. Since I started this mod life has gotten busy and I don't have nearly the same amount of time to spend on it as I once did. So to show my appreciation for my amazing teammates; I plan on distributing 50% of my share evenly between each of them. Thank you all for your continued support.
