Hello peeps! Thanks for dropping in. I’m a cartoonist who illustrates- I'm driven by making people laugh and giving them a lifelong love of reading and storytelling. Between client jobs and family life, I am working on these goals, and am writing and publishing my own books which are designed for children between 5-8 years. I’m passionate about literacy in children, and when kids can enjoy reading it opens worlds to them of confidence and creativity. Plus giggling is important for our mental health! Welcome random human. I am so glad you found me! I’m writing and illustrating the first of three children's books right now. I’m not being paid to do them so here I am on Kofi begging you to love me and support me haha Join me on my journey from idea to publication, whether it’s self-published or with a real publisher. I will show you all my steps warts and all. :D I work now as a children's illustrator. After 15 years of animation, I converted my life into the world of print media and I have to say, I wish I had done it years ago. Anyway, never too late for change, I say. If not now, when? I’m crazy about books, stories, puppets, storytelling, and reading, and am a mum of two who are my best critics haha. A kid’s unwavering honesty is precious. Ahem. I am only interested in books that make people laugh. That of course is a challenge and one I want to achieve and I would love to have your opinions along the way. Really I would. Right now I am only accepting donations, til I get the hang of this, but once I get going I plan to make lots of yum rewards for you. As a stationary nut, I plan to add notebooks, storybooks, and stickers. Maybe even some limited-edition sculptures and paintings.
