TOS: Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit. Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. I do not do this full time, since I currently cannot survive off of this. So, I do work a full time job, please allow me your patience. Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @DumbeeJesse/@dumbee_jesse (Instagram). Please provide at least 2 visual references. One specifically consisting of base colors. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. ● Payment ● Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. Payment MUST be paid in full. Just as a cancellation by me would be given in full. However, if you, the client requests a cancellation you will receive only 50% back if I have already started your commission no matter what stage of progress I am in. But for any reason you need to cancel your commission before I have done anything, which would likely be immediately after placing said commission request; then you will also be given a full refund. Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded 50% back. ● Process ● Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I am finished, I will send one final "work in progress/WIP" for your review. Two (2) minor revisions may be requested. More than two (2) will incur an additional fee of $10-$20 that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments. Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked. No physical product will be delivered. ● ● ● By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
