My macbook is doing its very best, but 2017 was several years ago (nearly 6) and several of the keys don't exactly key consistently. Combined with a dead USB-C port, and a handful of pixels stuck on red, it's time to start thinking about a replacement - especially with intending to work on a whole bunch of writing over the next 18 months. While I have been slowly saving up for another, the keys on my current are deteriorating faster than I'd anticipated. Blergh.

Covid-19 has lead to the abrupt shut down of the performing arts, all over the world.
