The Feeling Buddha

In the course of our lives, each of us meets with inconvenience, failure, distress, suffering. We react strongly and in different ways: sometimes our reactions lessen the hurt in a real and lasting way, at other times, we simply add fuel to the fire. Many people came to the Buddha in the grip of great distress. He met each of them with compassion and taught them how to change their unhelpful reactions. His teachings help us navigate our trials skilfully, with equanimity, without losing tenderness for others. My mission is to spread these teachings as far and wide as possible.
