New Streaming PC

For the longest time, I've been using an old college surplus computer to stream to Twitch. This PC limits me to playing games at 1920x1080 @ 30 frames per second MAX, however, recently, it's been showing it's max capabilities and lagging all over the place. After teaming up with Palia and working with the other Palia Partners, I have come to realize that I don't have to buy upgrades for stream by myself (which will take longer). Please help me speed things up <3
