Welcome to TILER's devblog. I am a longtime game developer who misses when gamedev was fun, free-wheeling, and very, very unprofessional. I am currently building ​Maximum Clearance, an Isometric Run-and-gun Shooter designed to bring back the destruction-based thrills of Rampage, King of Monsters, and Syndicate Wars. Intense, chaos-seeking action weaves score-and-skill-based gameplay with the story of how an unreasonable man saves the world by destroying it. Here is where I share my thoughts, memories, and useful stories for a new generation of Independent Game Developers. I hope someone can use my experience to further their projects, or at least get a good laugh.
