Healthy Gamer is mental health for the Internet. With the expertise of Dr. Alok Kanojia, Dota 2 player and Harvard-trained psychiatrist, we want to empower gamers to be their best selves. We aim to do this through education on our Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/healthygamer_gg) and YouTube channels. Our lectures, interviews, and guides are about mental health, spirituality, and evidence-based research. We also have a recovery coaching program for video game addicts to meet them where they are at. Healthy Gamer is mental health for the Internet generation.
