Hello world, my name is Ivan, and I am a home cook who is really passionate about experimenting with different cookware and dishes. Cooking is my art, and preparing the dishes for people I care about is one of my ways of expressing the emotions I have for them. During my cooking journey, I understood that cookware safety can be a huge issue for health, and I started to study it seriously due to the deep concerns I had about this subject. Apart from my passion for cooking, I am a scientist, and I tried to use the skills I have to better understand and analyze the information we have about cookware safety and to perform independent cookware testing. I started this Ko-fi page to make it easier for writers who want to give small donations, and thus help the independent content creation by Safetouseit and ongoing projects on the website (see more in the introduction part)
