Thank you for showing up for one of my Well-Being classes. They all pretty much compliment each others be sure to have a play. I have been teaching professionally for almost 10 years. I am specialist in art and design education for all age groups but in particular age 11 yrs to 18yrs. Trained in Mindfulness education with the Myriad Project, mental health awareness and intellectual disabilities and qualified as a Yoga instructor with Yoga London over 2.5 years ago. I love teaching and mentoring as much as I love learning.
