It's tough for me, as a Gen-Xer, to ask passers-by to drop money in my hat simply because I'm so cool. I've written books! Several of them! If people want to support me, they can buy my books! How am I supposed to ask people for money if I'm not giving them something in exchange for it, right then and there? But books take a lot of time to produce. My next title comes out in December 2022; I started working on it in fall 2020. I've been writing The Monsters Know What They're Doing, the blog, since 2016, and right now I'm working on a series of posts in which I update the tactical recommendations in MOAR! Monsters Know What They're Doing to reflect changes to stat blocks in Monsters of the Multiverse—effectively, a free supplement to MOAR! Monsters. Therefore, I've gotten over my compunction and decided to join the younger folks in setting out a tip jar.
