I'm a full spectrum doula specializing in self-managed abortion with abortion medications and I support people who are going through abortions at 2nd and 3rd trimester, typically for fatal fetal abnormalities. I do not every charge a fee for my work. I am community funded to do this work. I work with people in restricted access states as they have the least amount of support and need to do things securely. Your support enables me to help others.
