This money will help me buy more film for the project as well as the chemicals to develop the film. I use a roll of 120 colour film, a roll of 120 B&W film, and 1/2 of a roll of 35mm per session. This costs me on average, £25. I then have to develop and scan the negatives which costs a further £15+ I'm working at a cost of £40+ per photoshoot for this project. I book about 2 shoots a week so as you can see, this cost is super high.

My aim with the LGBTQ+ Faces of Bristol project is to bring visibility to the LGBTQ+ Community and empower the people within it. I am not asking for money from the people I am taking photos of. I don't want there to be any monetary boundaries that might impact who can sign up. Instead I am using this platform to reach out to people who see value in this project and want to help support it.
