Top Surgery~!

I'm hoping to be able to afford my top surgery this year, and to do so I will need to meet the out-of-pocket limit set by the insurance I have from work. This limit is $5,000, and thus why the target is what it is. I may end this goal early if I am able to achieve the difference through other readily available means~!
