I've been helping my local and online community learn to move better and feel better through Pilates since 2009, and more recently adding Yoga. I believe everyone should be able to learn to move and feel better which is why I’ve built up my YouTube channel over the years - many years prior to the pandemic as I've always been keen to encourage my clients to practice at home between our classes! There are shorter videos for quick movement snack breaks as well as longer sessions if you have more time on your mat.
