Standard Terms for commissions COMMISSION INFORMATION - All prices are intended for personal use ONLY. If your commission is intended for commercial or any sales purposes, please contact me first here on Kofi or through the email address cherry.cupid.cc@gmail.com. Please note that the price may significantly increase. - If you intend for me to design a character, please contact me first here on Kofi or through the email address cherry.cupid.cc@gmail.com. Please note that the price may significantly increase from the listed prices. - Please allow me AT LEAST 3 weeks to finish your commission. I will update you as much as possible. - Rushed commissions will have additional charges depending on the time constraints. - I reserve the right to decline the commission. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE 300 dpi digital copy of the drawing in PNG and JPEG format. PSD file format may be requested. No physical copy will be provided. I MAY REJECT THE FOLLOWING The following are subjects I may reject. This is not a comprehensive list and other subjects may be accepted/rejected at the discretion of the artist. For any questions, please contact me here on Kofi or through cherry.cupid.cc@gmail.com. - Heavy * - Heavy gore - Mecha - Furry - Ready to rig Live 2D models. - Graphic design/Logo design WORKFLOW - I will only begin the drawing once the payment has been received and confirmed by me. - Once I am done with the sketch, I will update you. I will only proceed once you have approved of it. Please keep in mind the rules on revisions. - I will be updating you again when the line art is finished. Once you have approved of it, I will proceed with coloring if applicable to the type of commission. - If applicable to the type of commission you availed in this form, I will be sending you an update with the flat colors of the drawing. Once you have approved of it, I will proceed with rendering if it is applicable. - When the final drawing has been presented, please ensure that there are no more minor changes I need to do. Once you have approved of it, I will no longer be accepting revisions. *When I send an update asking for approval of the drawing, please keep in mind the deadline you have set if there is any. RULES ON REVISIONS - During the sketching stage, I will only allow revisions free of charge. - Once the sketch has been approved, no MAJOR revisions will be allowed. Past this point, should any MAJOR revisions be asked for, there may be an additional fee. - MINOR changes are allowed throughout the process free of charge. - What is considered a major revision and a minor change can be discussed. DEADLINES While I may take up to 3 weeks or more to finish the piece, I may still accept commissions with deadlines. Please note, however, that I will not be entertaining deadlines that I believe I cannot achieve. Given that, please also keep in mind the following rules when setting a deadline. - Please be sure of the deadline you set. Consider the amount of time I have stated for my workflow, which is 3 weeks or more. Rushed deadlines may have additional charges. - IF there are deadlines I should take note of, you MUST inform me. If there are no deadlines stated, I will follow through with the estimated timeline of 1 month or more. - Changing the deadline to a different date from the one stated on the form or adding a deadline when no deadline was agreed upon prior will have additional charges to be determined by the artist. USAGE POLICY What the artist can do: - Use the commissioned piece for self-promotion. - Post the commissioned piece on social media with a watermark(s). What the commissioner can do: - Use the commissioned piece for profile pictures/banners on social media with credit to the artist. - Post the commissioned piece on social media with credit to the artist. - Create a physical copy for personal use ONLY. *Other cases can be discussed with the artist here on Kofi or through the email cherry.cupid.cc@gmail.com. What the commissioner CAN NOT do: - Claim the commissioned piece as their own creation and take away credit from the artist. - Use the artwork for commercial use or sales purposes. - Use for AI, NFT, or any similar projects. - Other cases that violate what had been previously agreed upon with the artist. PAYMENT -If unable to use Kofi Commissions, please inform me in DM or email. Payment can also be done through PayPal, GCash, or Maya so long as I am informed beforehand. - I will only begin the commission once 100% of the payment is given. - Payment in increments is allowed, but keep in mind that I will only start the commission once 100% of the agreed-upon price is paid. Should you decide to cancel the commission after paying partially, please refer to the refund policy. REFUND POLICY - NO REFUND will be issued if you cancel the commission once full or partial payment has been done. If no payment has been done, then cancellation is fine. - NO REFUND will be issued in any other circumstances asides from the situation described below. - A refund of the payment already given (whether full or partial) will only be issued if I have explicitly stated that I will no longer be able to push through with the commission. Should this occur, please await further instructions on the process.
