Mama creatives / mama Creadigol is a supportive group for mothers and their children, where creativity can flow and emotions and feelings around being a mother can be explored. We explore these issues through Maternal journaling, meet ups, peer support, exhibitions and collaborations.

Hi, thanks for visiting! Over this year and beyond the Mama team will be using this space as a blog and a way of fundraising so we continue to run free workshops in the spring in Carmarthen. We also want to hold free/ donationed weekly zoom Maternal journal meet ups and a Festival in the spring.
