What to say? In my time I've been a professional archivist, an astronomy student, and a long time ago an archaeologist (for one summer). I'm now an author and keeping the theme of a career with jobs beginning with the letter A going. There's more, but this will have to do for now.
To Whom It May Concern Greetings! Thanks for stopping by. Ko-fi would like me to let you know how I'm going to be using this page, which seems like a fair thing to ask. Basically, it is to get my writing out into the world and being read. I've completed several novels - the first many years ago and which with hindsight was quite dire. The others have been more recent and which got as far as being sent to a number of literary agents, all but one of who said "Thanks, but no thanks" and one who offered me the encouragement to keep trying. I gave up. However, that writing bug just won't go away. I've now got another novel going through revision and a work in progress about 1/2 written as a first draft so watch this space. I'll be sharing extracts and updates here from time to time. You don't have to buy me a coffee, or a tea, or a tisane (look it up), but it you did it would a) make my day and b) help encourage me to keep going. Of course, you might be happier if I stopped, but that's not how this thing works...
