Back in 2013, I received a medical diagnosis for Relapse-Remitting MS (RRMS), and in 2016 I became a mother. Both events motivated me to stop *wanting* to become a better person (body & mind) and make an attempt *to become* a better person. I started MS Mommy Blog to chronicle the journey of lifestyle changes to manage my MS and to model healthy habits for my son.
